1. Estimation Disclosures

Calculations, estimates, material allowances, and timelines rendered by the ScopeSlider tool are meant for conceptual planning only. They are not final, binding construction contracts. Physical property walks, material availability checks, and local building codes may modify final quotes.

2. Permitted Use

You agree to use this site truthfully. Creating spam database records, feeding malicious code into Convex api hooks, or mimicking other users is strictly prohibited.

3. Warranties

Estimation calculations are supplied "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Standard craftsmanship warranties are only active once custom construction contracts are signed by both parties.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
